Mary Welch has a degree in Transformational Leadership and she is a TOP ™ Facilitator. She is also a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, Vistar Integrated Programs and numerous spiritual and personal growth workshops. She has more than 30 years experience in education and business.Mary has been married to her husband Mike for over 40 years. They have three married daughters and 9 grandchildren and they all live nearby in the Minneapolis area.
I take seriously the invitation for women to be the change we want to see in the world. I know that by using the power of our stories we can change our lives and in so doing, we change our world. One of the ways I see that happening is by gathering women together to support one another.
